Someone said this to me today, and they weren’t the first person in the last eight weeks to suggest something like this! Another not so useful suggestion was that I have body dysmorphia, and also that I need to start ‘eating properly’ and put on some weight. So I thought it might help if I posted something that described what I eat, and also reassured some people that I’m not starving, or risking my health!
The diet I eat is high in fat with moderate amounts of protein and low in carbohydrate. This means I eat loads and loads of green veg (lots of cabbage, spinach, broccoli, kale and asparagus as well as lots of salad leaves), lots of meat and fish, and everything is cooked in coconut oil, olive oil and sometimes Lurpack!!
